The
project was launched with keen interest by the board
member right from the planning stage whereby; Pakistan’s
leading engineering consultant Akbar Associates were
brought onboard to design the signatory construction
of milling plant. The factory building was especially
fabricated by Mammut UAE (www.mammutsteel.ae) keeping
in consideration various aspects of working and industrial
standards. Electrical works were carried out by another
leading engineer United Engineering Services. The heart
of the processing plant i.e the milling plant was imported
from Shanghai Metallurgical and Mining Machine, a subsidiary
of Shanghai Electric (group) Corporation (SEC) |
The
project is complemented with safety standards, state
of art laboratory and best practices to mill natural
talc to talcum powder. Overall the factory has all international
standards required for a milling part to qualify to
international exports by WTO, TDAP and other accreditations
body |
The plant has maximum capacity to process large quantity at shortest period of time, adhering quality and durability of the mineral. As the product is being used in consumables in many Islamic States, Mineral Asia (Pvt.) Limited decided to get the product Halal Certified, which was evaluated and certified by Halal Research Council of Pakistan for Talc Lump and Talc Powder |
